La Pucelle - All Out Arts Fresh Fruit Festival 2024
La Pucelle is a folk retelling of the final days of the life of Joan of Arc as allegory for coming out to your parents as transgender. In it, Joan’s three angels prepare for her inevitable martyrdom, but when her identity comes into question, they must find out if God really cares if martyrs die for the right reason. La Pucelle is slated to perform as part of All Out Arts' 2024 Fresh Fruit Festival, a celebration of LGBTQ+ artists.
